I’m a 34 year old german producer of a marketing agency in salzburg, ex director assistant, musician and web developer now living with my family in the lovely market town of Salzburg on the foothills of the Alps. hidden*salzburg is a very personal site put together as a ‘drop in’ place for travellers who are planning to visit salzburg, might have already visited Salzburg or are just interested in Salzburg, it’s culture and (urban) nature.

As you already might have suggested my native language is not english so please be so kind to excuse my awful grammar and spelling.

Quite frequently I will post articles about Salzburg how it really is. I will tell you stories about the people living here, will guide you to the hidden places in Salzburg and give you tips of the doeses and dont’s of Salzburg. In summary during the time it will become a travelguide that you ever wanted to buy in store but never could. And of course all your comments and questions are welcome.

hidden*salzburg is managed with Textpattern 4.0.1, a content management system I really like. Textpattern is more than a blog software, it really gives you the flexibility to rule a whole web page. I’m using some plugins such as mdp_calendar for the Calendar to add more usability to my page.

The design I made with Photoshop CS2, then I converted it to valid HTML / CSS using Dreamweaver as text editor for the HTML markup and the EditCSS Firefox Extention for CSS coding.
